No returns on newborn layette, linen, teethers, bottles, bows or headbands. 

No returns on swimsuits, holiday or birthday apparel and on-sale items. 

No returns on special orders.

No cancellations on special orders or layaway.

No cancellations or refunds will be permitted on extreme sales, promotions, clearance, discounts, or deep discounts. Items are as is.

Clothing or shoes may be returned within 10 days of purchase however, they must be in mint condition with all tags attached.

Returns will only be acceptable if items are damaged or defective. A refund or an exchange will be done once inspected by Team JFB and once a claim has been made.

Team JFB will determine if acceptable.
